Worst customer service on the planet!! I recently bought a spoiler from them that showed up damaged. The part also came with no hardware. I filed for a return the same day I received it. Over the last week I've called. emailed and sent them pictures. When I call they refuse to let me speak to a manager and claim they no management in the building. They ignore my emails as well. I will be filing a formal complaint against this company as well as a credit card dispute. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, they do not respond to your request and hangup on you
Some one in my corvette club should have told me about the post sale. I have a piece of product that is damaged and I have called them 10 times and each time they trough it off on someone else and never send me the email they said they would so I can send them pictures. I purchase the C% Corvette 19997-2004 taillight thrird Brake light, side Marker and License plate set- Chrome Part Number 1134 and one of the tail lights looked used and was chipped very bad. I wrote a review a few weeks ago about a decal I ordered from Corvette Mods. I sent back because it didn't fit my car. They said the decal was damaged in shipping and sent me a picture, it wasn't damaged so I asked for a better picture and the second picture they sent was definitely different from the first. It appears someone intentionally messed it up. They told me to call the shipping company to investigate so I did. I ordered a tune-up kit and fuel filter for my c4. Tune-up kit was upcharged 14.99 at checkout due to my car being a 1985. I accepted this upcharge, although the actual price should have been advertised up front. Two days later, after my order was processed, I received an email informing me that the fuel filter price has changed, and will now cost an additional 7.99. Purchased a water pump from them for my 74 corvette and metal casing split when installing screw plug. Poor quality chinese product. I have been waiting two weeks now for authorization for return, Will not buy here again!
I have been buying from Corvette Mods for years and recently I ordered a front spoiler. When it arrived it had a chip in it, so I emailed and called support (numerous times.) They do a pretty good job of making it my problem when I asked for an RMA. They asked if I would take pictures (I did), they asked if I would take a picture of the box, (I did) then they asked for more pictures of the box (I did again.) Corvette Mods, LLC Their business practices are deceiving and dishonest, I ordered a part from them they sent the wrong one, I returned the wrong part to them and refuse to refund my money and pay the return shipping as they agreed with their 100% money back guarantee. I wish to file a complaint, so no one else gets ripped off this company making false claims and false advertising, extremely dishonest.
