Worst customer service ever. Slow to respond and then, they will blame it on 3rd party supplier. Wanted a simple led strip that was defective replaced for an already installed exhaust panel. But noooooo. After returning the bad part on my dime they wouldn't even return the defective part to me. Glad I bought this with pay-pal. Hello there everyone it's just out there for everybody keep a lookout for these people is people got attitude they tell you they're going to call you it would never call you I have issues since day one I ordered parts from then the sales people doesn't seem to really care about the customers I like thanks legit and I order some HID lights which is they said on their page that their blast don't fail within 6 months or apparently their blasts fail within 20 days only used it one night next thing I know they didn't work anymore... read more

Worst customer service on the planet!! I recently bought a spoiler from them that showed up damaged. The part also came with no hardware. I filed for a return the same day I received it. Over the last week I've called. emailed and sent them pictures. When I call they refuse to let me speak to a manager and claim they no management in the building. They ignore my emails as well. I will be filing a formal complaint against this company as well as a credit card dispute. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

Some one in my corvette club should have told me about the post sale. I have a piece of product that is damaged and I have called them 10 times and each time they trough it off on someone else and never send me the email they said they would so I can send them pictures. I purchase the C% Corvette 19997-2004 taillight thrird Brake light, side Marker and License plate set- Chrome Part Number 1134 and one of the tail lights looked used and was chipped very bad. I wrote a review a few weeks ago about a decal I ordered from Corvette Mods. I sent back because it didn't fit my car. They said the decal was damaged in shipping and sent me a picture, it wasn't damaged so I asked for a better picture and the second picture they sent was definitely different from the first. It appears someone intentionally messed it up. They told me to call the shipping company to investigate so I did. I ordered a tune-up kit and fuel filter for my c4. Tune-up kit was upcharged 14.99 at checkout due to my car being a 1985. I accepted this upcharge, although the actual price should have been advertised up front. Two days later, after my order was processed, I received an email informing me that the fuel filter price has changed, and will now cost an additional 7.99.
