Wrong parts, parts missing, your refusing to admit that a part is missing even when your website says it’s supposed to be included. Long wait time, over three months. I special ordered a custom corvette and it took less time than what it took you to deliver one part...than what you deliver is wrong. I will tell all my friends to stay away from your company.
Your people are confused. First there where shipping problems. Fine. Then I did not get everything I ordered. Your service people are contradicting themselves and refuse to is common sense. So I must assume you do false advertising on some of your products. I order the fan and Dan motor order #8594. That clearly shows a fan and a fan motor. I received the motor but no fan. They have no understanding of how to refund your money after you return an item.. ive been waiting since june 2018 for my refund.it is now 4 months later. I finally had to get my credit card company to dispute the matter. Buyers beware or just plan on not returning your items and being refunded without a fight!!!
We bought a radiator from your company. It was received in damaged condition. UPS picked it up like 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from your company. We already paid back in August. My customer is very upset because I cant tell him when I will be getting a replacement. Very unhappy to say the least. My customer calls me daily on this. I still have not heard anything? If you can help, Id appreciate it.
Not well designed. Required filing down of steep sides to fit the hump on a 2007 c6. The unit sat up too high and the tape didn't touch. It could use a flat piece of metal attached to the back to slip under the carpet to hold the back down. This trying to punch holes doesn't work well. It needs a redesign.
I always have a good experience and love writing good reviews. Corvette Mods pissed me off. It started with an email showing everything shipped, but really only one part did. Then I had to call UPS, send a picture to Corvette Mods of the box so they could realize they did not ship the rest of my order. Out of 5 calls, only got a person once, rest of time voice mail. Products are great after two orders of the LED break light bar I got the same result do not stick to the body have to use another glue and those two compounds don't work together .
I never received the stainless Z06 exhaust cover
I purchased the c6 headlight lenses and after just one year they have glazed and look bad..will never buy anything from that site again..was sold a cheaply made chinese product
