Terrible customer service. The website is unable to track order status. Called customer to service and had to escalate to a supervisor who committed to calling me with an update on when my parts would be shipped. Still waiting for that call 2 days later. No call and no parts. And by the way my credit card has been charged. I will never use them again!

All parts seem to be good, just cant get no where with service on a missing part.. I ordered 3 items and one being the ID plate.(350 hp). Called twice and she said it was shipped with the other two items.. It was NOT in the box..Not that expensive part to make a customer look elsewhere.. .

Absolute worst customer service! If you want to buy from Corvette mods remember: "buyer beware purchase at your own risk." If you have a problem with your order they will absolutely positively not help you, they simply do not care about the customer buying experience. Jerry

second yr I have ordered an " in stock" item only after calling to check on item was told it is on back order. $ deducted all ready from card. Very disappointed to say the least. I hope this item is received in the next week...last order I will give if not. I as well, have given site to friends, I hope they have better luck.

Do not do business with these guys they will give you the runaround make you pay for there mistake if they send you something wrong. Zero stars

To be honest I cannot give any more than one star. I ordered some parts on October 11th. I received an email the order was shipped October 18th. 22 days after the order, on November 2nd, still not received. I sent an email and was told that there was a partial shipment. Eventually I received the first shipment Nov 6th and showed it was complete, however I was missing a part described as a "Stingray Emblem Black and Silver stamped aluminum" for $18.99. Everyone is always happy when an online order goes well. However, when there is a problem the real service provided is exposed. Go to Google reviews, and read the one star reviews. You will see the consistency: complex return policy and resistance to refund money.

I ordered a ignition lock cylinder based on their on line photo It showed a black lock cylinder with black keys. When the order arrived the keys were the incorrect silver. I contacted sales and they told me that they could not be accountable for online photos and they drop shop the majority of their parts. When I spoke to Ginger in customer service she emailed me and told me they could do nothing about it, but would be willing to sell me the correct part at a higher cost if I shipped back the incorrect part. These guys have no service when it comes to returning an item. I called and explained why I didn't want the item. They sent me an email asking for pictures. I sent in some pictures and they told me that the manufacturer said the brackets being uneven was fine and that it will work just fine. But who would want to mount a wing on a car unevenly.
