Absolutely do not order from corvette mods. If you receive your order damaged, you will have to go through a lengthy return and claims process. they do not just replace items that are damaged. Also if they ship your item with the postal service and it gets damaged they take no responsibility for it and you have to do all the claim work with the post office.
I ordered a 70 dollar carbon fiber license plate frame from corvette mods and they shipped it without any packaging, just the thin cardboard box, and it was damaged in shipping. I called corvette mods customer service and they told me that I have to file a claim with usps that they do not file claims with usps. How is that for customer service just ship it and forget it. will never order from this company again and I would suggest forother people to shop else where
I ordered 2 ceramic mugs. Paid $38.97. They arrived broken. I didn’t even fully remove them from the original packaging. I took pics and emailed the company. It took days for any response I even tried calling which was a total waste of time. Finally I got a RMA number and it cost me $13.00 in shipping to return the very broken products. See attached photos. I was notified that they received the items back and will have to file a claim with the shipper then they will get back to me. Are you serious???? Terrible customer service. The website is unable to track order status. Called customer to service and had to escalate to a supervisor who committed to calling me with an update on when my parts would be shipped. Still waiting for that call 2 days later. No call and no parts. And by the way my credit card has been charged. I will never use them again!
All parts seem to be good, just cant get no where with service on a missing part.. I ordered 3 items and one being the ID plate.(350 hp). Called twice and she said it was shipped with the other two items.. It was NOT in the box..Not that expensive part to make a customer look elsewhere.. .
Absolute worst customer service! If you want to buy from Corvette mods remember: "buyer beware purchase at your own risk." If you have a problem with your order they will absolutely positively not help you, they simply do not care about the customer buying experience. Jerry
second yr I have ordered an " in stock" item only after calling to check on item was told it is on back order. $ deducted all ready from card. Very disappointed to say the least. I hope this item is received in the next week...last order I will give if not. I as well, have given site to friends, I hope they have better luck.
Do not do business with these guys they will give you the runaround make you pay for there mistake if they send you something wrong. Zero stars
