Hopefully you will never have to deal with there customer service or receive damaged goods
I bought a set of seat belts. I requested the tracking number, never sent. After open a case in paypal, they sent me the tracking number after three weeks. The tracking appear as "delivered" but it never happend. They also put a different postal code. Now Im waiting for a refund but they dont answer my emails since I disputed the payment (after they didnt send the tracking number).
DO NOT ORDER FROM CORVETTEMODS. If customer service tells you they are looking into it. DONT HOLD YOU BREATH save yourself a big headache
DO NOT order from corvette mods. They do not add any packing to the item when they ship. They ship your item just in what they received it in and that's all and if it gets damaged and they shipped it through the postal service they do not file claims on your behalf with the post office. when you go online to file a claim as soon as you give them the tracking number they tell you that NO claim can be filed for the shipment because there was not any insurance taken out on the shipment. Absolutely DO NOT order from corvette mods. If they ship your item with the postal service, they DO NOT insure it, and it gets damaged in shipment they tell you that they can not file a claim you have to file the claim. When you try to file the claim the post office tells you that since they did not take out insurance on the item you can not file a claim. So now you have a damaged part with no recourse to get it replaced. CORVETTE MODS CUSTOMER SERVICE ANDCOMPANY SUCKS
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IF THEY SEND YOUR ITEMS WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE AND THEY GET DAMAGAED CORVETTE MODS DOES NOT FILE CLAIMS NOR DO THEY GET INSURANCE ON THE ITEMS. WHEN YOU GO TO FILE A CLAIM WITH POSTAL SERVICE THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CAN NOT FILE A CLAIM BECAUSE NO INSURANCE WAS TAKEN OUT ON THE SHIPMENT. NOW YOU ARE STUCK WITHAN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.
Absolutely do not order from corvette mods. If you receive your order damaged, you will have to go through a lengthy return and claims process. they do not just replace items that are damaged. Also if they ship your item with the postal service and it gets damaged they take no responsibility for it and you have to do all the claim work with the post office.
I ordered a 70 dollar carbon fiber license plate frame from corvette mods and they shipped it without any packaging, just the thin cardboard box, and it was damaged in shipping. I called corvette mods customer service and they told me that I have to file a claim with usps that they do not file claims with usps. How is that for customer service just ship it and forget it. will never order from this company again and I would suggest forother people to shop else where
