Had previous issues at location and changed to Planet Ford. We had to get car towed and serviced since it was closer. Erica responded quickly and assisted us with the best customer service. Because of her I will give Town East Ford another try.

Blake was very nice and helpful! I have bad credit and have never been able to finance a car on my own and Blake was able to make it happen for me on my dream car without crazy stipulations! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Farle was great through the entire (albeit long) ordering process. He provided timely updates regarding the status of my Maverick. His level of service made it evident he was capable and motivated. Maggie was also charming and friendly when I went to pick up the truck. She was engaging and displayed a high level of service.
