My overall experience with Town East Fords was very enjoyable, from the time I was greeted by Gama (Gamaliel Benitez) to the time I walked out with my new vehicle. Gama (sales person), listened to what we had to say and our wants and needs in a new vehicle, never once did Gama stray away from our requests. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here for the fifth time and it was much much faster this time out in 45 minutes. They did a good job, especially Jim Alldredge service advisor is very professional, courteous, and helpful.

There is not enough words for these guys! Kevin and Jermaine went above and beyond to help me. I’m a single mom of two and in school.
