Service consultant Erica Reeves was wonderful! She’s the reason for 5 stars! I will definitely ask for her if I need anything else. She was so helpful and explained everything clearly. David in the service center was great! He was so helpful, friendly and got our car back on the road within an hour. We were traveling from San Antonio to Memphis, vis Dallas and our battery was at 6%. Thank you David!!!

This has been a very good experience. Jim is very professional and keep me informed the whole time.
Farle was by far the most pleasant and truthful car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He cut through every game and got down to business. And he did it with an engaging personality at the same time. We had fun talking about all the money I was about to spend. Not normal, in the best way! Go see that man!
Blake, David and Cas were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and were never pushy about making a deal. They all worked to get us in the car we wanted for the price we wanted, super nice group of guys! If I am ever in the market again, Town East Ford will be my first stop.
