Kevin and Jermaine did an awesome job. Once they knew what we were looking for and what we were trading in- they worked with us to get a deal that made driving 3.5 hours worth it! Super nice guys!! With all the work we did up front- the process at the actual dealership was still pretty slow. But all things considered- Kevin and Jermaine sealed the deal for us!

Farle was great! Very kind and helpful. Still felt like we overpaid for warranty but Farle was great and would definitely love to work with him again if we ever go back to Ford!
