Raul was thoughtful and pro-active in calling the day before my appointment to determine which car I was having serviced. Once I arrived for my appointment, he greeted me and asked for the needs I wanted to address and he gave me a general timeline as to when the work would be completed. He also offered me a ride to any nearby place I wanted to go while waiting while the car was being serviced. Once the car maintenance was completed, my car was returned washed.
