Service department manager is the most attentive person I have ever seen in an automotive service shop. He scheduled , received, did the work timely and delivered exactly what he specified. You can’t ask for more.

My salesman was Brian Hillmann and I worked with Junior in financing. They were both patient with me and answered all my questions. The dealership offered competitive pricing and a great selection. It was worth a drive from Tyler. I would highly recommend visiting Town East Ford!

Absolutely wonderful! I came in without an appointment. I had discovered a nail in my tire. My service technician was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue and rotated my tires! I cannot recommend Town East highly enough.
Great service and they always help me with any problem that I have. Jim is the best.
