STAY AWAY WARNING CROKS.They stole my family's Christmas from my family ??????hey con me out of my money I tried calling several times through last week's no response no one's calling no one's give me a refund. I talked to them for all about 15 minutes. They stole family's money. And they can't return it. or you can't call me and I've called him dozens of times thanks for ruining my Christmas. This companies representatives will tell you one thing over the phone, but actual practices do not match the promises they make. When I asked to cancel our account, they began a email correspondence that did not match what they had verbally told me on the phone. We literally spent an entire hour on the phone with one of their web designers who told us absolutely NOTHING! After almost 45 minutes of her babbling over the phone when it came to the price of $297 I told her we would like to think about it over the weekend. Once we said that she said "What can I do to get you on board today?" She then followed up by saying that "Today is Friday and I'm in a really good mood but come Monday I won't be in the best of Moods and can't get you this deal." I signed up with this company a few months back (which is not cheap) I paid them over $2,000 and they guaranteed me a state of the are website and a massive campaign that was going to help my business get customers. Every since then I have not received one customer interaction pertaining to my business. They said they could get me prospective clients for my business. They didn't tell me at first that they wanted $140. I found out later they took 2 payments of $297. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received a single client. Now they tell me I have to provide them with reviews and completed jobs. I told them at the start that this was a new business so I can't do this. They won't return the money they stole for no service provided. I would have provided a rating of zero stars if I could.

Their form on the web says if you fill it our you'll get a "Free Market Competitive Analysis", but all I got was a salesperson trying to sell me their services, which turned out to be the same service my business does, SEO and web design, no mention of a market analysis. While on the phone with this sales person, my call was interrupted by another sales person from the same company. Worst Marketing company I have ever dealt with by far! I use to have beautiful website. Then this company call me and. Make me to advertise with them. For roofing bussines. I pay couple month. Maybe 6-7 months. Then I stop advertised with them. The person. Alex P****** she blocked my website. And everything. I'm loosing lot of job. Because they like to make me again yo pay. Around $700 per month. For no reason. I contact them. Don't do anything. This is worst thing happened to me. I build my website for 7 years. Then she stopet my website. I'm very very disappointed with them.

The people at Townsquare Interactive were not very professional. I was speaking with someone about setting up a call at a certain time and the call never came through. When I reached out the person I was perviously chatting with about setting up a call they didn't know who I was...After a couple months of bad customer service I requested to cancel my website and subscription.
