I received a call from a representative claiming they were from Town Square Interactive. I'm a general contractor an own a roofing company based out of ************. When I answered the phone the man on the other end was rushed in saying who he was what he did and immediately proceeded to ask me about other companies I was affiliated with and why i chose them. We literally spent an entire hour on the phone with one of their web designers who told us absolutely NOTHING! After almost 45 minutes of her babbling over the phone when it came to the price of $297 I told her we would like to think about it over the weekend. I signed up with this company a few months back (which is not cheap) I paid them over $2,000 and they guaranteed me a state of the are website and a massive campaign that was going to help my business get customers. Every since then I have not received one customer interaction pertaining to my business. They said they could get me prospective clients for my business. They didn't tell me at first that they wanted $140. I found out later they took 2 payments of $297. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received a single client. Now they tell me I have to provide them with reviews and completed jobs. I told them at the start that this was a new business so I can't do this. They won't return the money they stole for no service provided. I would have provided a rating of zero stars if I could.
