They crashed a friend's truck on a test drive, he didn't even have his truck for months since they couldn't fix the issues he was having with the truck, and now they're just giving him KBB value for the truck to sell him another one. All the while he was still making payments on his truck, that he wasn't even getting to drive. Pathetic. If you're looking for the right vehicle or other dealer services/repairs, or at least decent customer service, stay far away. This dealership is one of the most incompetent all around, obviou... read more

A buddy of mine took his truck there to get services, took about 3 month without them even fixing the issue. They then took the truck on a test drive and crashed it, they refused to to compensate him other than to give him KBB trade in value (despite him paying for the 3 months not having his truck), while up selling him into a new truck. Would not recommend getting your truck serviced on or anything at this place.

Holding people vehicle for 3 months, not attaching driveline correctly and then crashing it while on a test drive. Not good, not good at all. You might want to think twice about this dealership.

What a waste of a company. All they care about is profits and not the consumer at all. My buddy went in for a Toyota recall in his new truck. Recall was leaking rear differential. A month or so later, the vehicle was vibrating from the driveshaft. Driveshaft connects to rear diff. He waited awhile for the diag and repair work. If you think the first tech didn’t do a good job...wait until you hear that the second tech crashed his truck on the test drive. Yeah I can’t make this up if I tried. Truck was in possession of Kirklan... read more
