I'm satisfied with the service
Very chaotic experience this time around. Went in for Christian but ended up going through a bunch of people who made the experience harder than it should have been and tried to charge for random things. Everyone needs to learn a thing or two about customer experience from Christian at this branch.
Good feedback from tech but horrible wait times for simple routine maintenance.

They immediately knew that the Land Cruiser requires a 5-tire rotation per the manualsomething several other Toyota service departments insisted wasn't standard until I showed them the manual myself.
