There is a minimum of waiting time. I am greeted promptly and cheerfully. There were many cars in the driveway for service, but associates responded quickly to each customer and moved The cars into the service bay and beyond as soon as possible. My car was serviced promptly, and I believed the essential work was done through Lee in record time and no unnecessary services were recommended.
