Scott Michels is our service manager. He is truely a pro. Our car was fixed properly and fast. Everything was explained in a way we understood the issues. It was rather expensive. But I woul not trust our Prius to anyone but Toyota. And the Richardson dealer is great. Thumbs up 👍
