I was quite concerned about the waiting time on my appointment day. Although I had booked the appointment in advance, I later realized that a large number of customers had visited that day. Please make arrangements to ensure that customers with appointments do not have to wait so long. Additionally, please print and attach the multi-point inspection details and recommendations along with the invoice. This way, customers will be informed of any immediate recommendations and can take appropriate action. Thank you!
