Lee Schuster has been my Service Advisor for over 15 years and is the only reason I have chosen to purchase either new or used Toyota's from the Richardson dealership. My latest purchase is a 2025 4 Runner TRD Sport Premium. Lee explained everything being done to my vehicles and always makes sure I'm taken care of in the timeframe I have available. I have access to closer dealerships to where I work or live but due to my trust in Lee in have been loyal to Toyota Richardson.

I felt like the car was well taken care of. I spent more money than intended, but the additional service items were explained in terms of need based on vehicle age and maintaining the vehicle.
