Great job. Good knowledge. Answering all questions I have. But I hope I can be notified before the extra expansive service that is needed to do in email before I go....so I could prepare and save money up ....it's crazy that I am doing oil change but there's 800 more or 500 dollar Worth of service needed to be done right away! There has to be a better way to communicate the task needed to be done.

I just needed air pressure added to all tires. I waited on a bench near the service area, did not have o go inside and wait. Real professional and friendly.

Lee was great per usual! He is friendly, efficent, and knowledgeable. However, when I came back the same day after discovering that the back door was leaking, Lee wasn't available. The gentleman who got assigned to me seemed VERY new. He did not introduce himself to me. When I showed him the leak he seemed very perplexed. He asked if the back window opened, and I told him it did not. He then continued to try and find a way to open the back window. He kept telling me it should open, "like the old fashioned station wagons", he... read more
