Very professional. We were checked in by assistant manager. He gave us a number to call in case we have questions while we wait. The cashier is very friendly too.

toyota of richardson has always treated me well. Lee Schuster, the service manager i've always worked with is great. i highly recommend him.
My service advisor, Casey is excellent. I rated overall very good because it took a long time to replace my battery under warranty although they performed other tests to find out what is causing the battery to drain. This battery was under warranty (2 yrs) which replaced the original battery that died just short of 2 yrs.
