My husband and I have been members for twenty years. We have enjoyed every vacation and the many resorts, properties we’ve stayed at. The TAN booking process has been fairly simple and the staff courteous. Very few issues; a few times there was an appliance that did not work properly but it was fixed quickly. ‘So glad we can “gift” weeks to our adult children. Fond memories.

trying to make reservations for aug 2022 atlantis or fountainhead in oc. md.why does it take so long for availability ???

Thank you Dale for the review and question. We hear you and understand your question. A couple years ago we stopped the traditional release days which were a sore spot for many of our clients. We moved to a rolling release where we load the inventory as we secure it from owners. The last two years have been out of the norm for us as many owners have taken advantage of the hot real estate market and sold their properties. We have been TAN members for over a decade. We have had many good experiences with only a few problems. I do not like that they took away the sunsation guarantee and release dates. It is very frustrating and time consuming trying to search the internet each week hoping there is a property available the week we can go to the beach each summer. I also miss the days when excess inventory was just a cheaper week that still didn't use your prepaid week. The split weeks are a nice addition.

Summerspell Miramar Beach Florida VIP, great unit stayed there a few times. Last september 2020 with my husband.This last trip I took my sisters June 2021, some of the Kitchen accessories need updated, pots and pan were worn and scratch up pretty bad ,only 1 small spoon 3 forks , no spatula, and the last day there I noticed that the seal on the refrigerator was tore up on the bottom, but over all I give it a 4.5 just some small thing needs fixed I will book again

Great experience. TAN is outstanding. Accommodation, location & TAN support perfect. I joined TAN in 2004. It has only gotten better through the years. TAN VIP is the best

After talking with La kendra they accommodated my family .. However I didnt like that I had to talk to so many people so that we can be accommodated. I will re evaluate this review after I take my first vacation in july.
