I have been with TAN since 2014.It has been an exceptional experience for me. I have taken twelve vacations with TAN and look forward to the 24 I have left to take. At this point, I know I will purchase additional vacations because I am enjoying traveling with TAN. They make it easy. Everyone I speak to from TAN is extremely helpful and always sensitive to my needs. The few problems I have experienced were handled immediately and with great professionalism. We are very satisfied with TAN so much so recently renewed our membership at the VIP level. We have found all the facilities we have stayed at to be clean, safe and well maintained. We have had good experiences with the various facility staff/management people The website is easy to maneuver and making reservations is fairly straightforward. The TAN representatives have also been professional and helpful Booking can be a challenge when properties first become available for a season, but probably no worse then other plans.... read more

If it were possible to not give a star, I would. Since writing my review, I heard back from TAN and finally got a copy of my policy. They have revised my fully paid off vacation plan to reflect new terms and conditions since our account went inactive. TAN can't show me that they sent this year's voucher for payment and cannot provide emails where they tried to contact a customer since 1997 who have avidly paid annual dues. This is reminiscent of time share scams. They want us to upgrade and as a result did not send the ... read more

We have been a member of TAN since 1997 and have never missed an annual fee. This year we did not get a voucher and as a result they inactivated our travel plan. Our access to our to plan was also denied. Over the course of three weeks, we have attempted to get a copy of our initial contract as it is paid in full but to no avail. TAN insists that there has been emails correspondence from Docsign. We have received nothing. They want us to pay a reactivation fee which is now 2 times our initial agreement.
