Will more than happy to recommend Mr. Ryan Guess to all my friends that's looking to buy a home. Mr. Guess was honest and straight forward with what can and can not afford, and I respected this a whole lot. Being a first time buyer, I wanted to get the most expensive one on the market, but he brought me back down to reality. Great person to work with.

Speedy service, thorough explainations, exceptional attention to detail, and courteousness is what you’ll find with Jill. The nature of our refinance needed to be processed quickly and Jill made sure it was not only completed on time, but we were offered a “return customer” discount from a local closing attorney’s office because Jill simply asked. You need her and Triumph Bank in your corner.

We are very satisfied with Triumph Bank Mortgage Loans Bank. They are very easy to work with. Jill Kennedy was our agent and she was incredible. She was very professional, courteous, prompt, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her! She takes all of the stress out of getting a mortgage loan. She is wonderful.

I chose Triumph Bank to handle my refinance loan partly because they did not charge lender fees and partly because they were local to me. I am so glad I did. My loan officer, Jill Kennedy made the whole process quick and easy. She was not only knowledgeable and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly but also very personable and kept in constant contact throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Triumph Bank and more specifically, Jill Kennedy to handle your mortgage loan needs!

I recently had a great experience refinancing my home through Triumph. My mortgage loan officer, Jill Kennedy was responsive to my questions and provided answers and information in a timely manner. And I asked her lots of questions. This was a seamless process that took less than 30 days. I highly recommend Triumph!!

I had the opportunity to work with Ryan when moving from Memphis to Tampa. Ryan and his team worked doggedly to ensure my mortgage experience was smooth as possible. He called me frequently to make sure I was always up to date on the status of my loan and went through all of my closing costs with a fine-toothed comb, saving me hundreds of dollars I would have missed otherwise. Regardless of where I move in the future, Ryan will always be a key part of my relocation team.

I shopped around quite a bit and not only did no one beat Triumph's rates, several other lenders were baffled that I was able to get such a good deal. In addition to the great rate, I also had an extremely smooth closing experience and great customer service throughout. Would highly recommend!
