I originally set up our pre approval with an on-line service known for their quick approvals. Once we found a house we were looking for, our realtor recommended we shop finance companies including one affiliated with their agency. We asked for good faith estimates for the same day and Triumph Mortgage was the clear winner with lowest fees and interest rates. Jill was very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. She made buying our house easy. She answered our questions right away and she was very easy to commicate with. I highly recommend her!
Ryan was extremely helpful through the entire lending process! From day one when we were obtaining pre-qualifying letters to when we sat at the closing table, he was responsive to emails, calls and texts within minutes. He was very knowledgeable of current rates, where the market was trending and what would be best for our financing needs. I will definitely reach out to Ryan in the future on any needs we may have.

I have worked with 3 lenders in the past, and have to say, this has been by far the best experience, Jill was wonderful, super responsive, sent her some numbers and very quickly she returned the loan estimate, the no lender fees is totally legit, didn't pay a fee to them and the process was beyond my expectations. Will highly recommend anyone to work with Triumph.
Corey (and Holli) with Triumph Bank were very easy to work with. Found Triumph on Bankrate sent in a request to be contacted and got a call within 30 minutes from Corey. I had searched for mortgages online and Triumph Bank was one of the lenders with good rates. I had received dozens of responses, a little over whelming. The great thing they did was started off with their best offer and stuck with it. They had a good rate which others had but Triumph had low closing & settlement costs, far better than the competition. The others tried to meet theirs but were unable to do as well as Triumph.
