I initially called Ryan Guess at Triumph Bank to get a pre-authorization for an offer on a house. Before our conversation was finished, I was well on my way to getting a mortgage for our new home! Ryan and his assistant Barbara navigated the paperwork so we were able to complete all mortgage documents stress-free! I highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is busy with a full-time job, home and family. He is efficient, concise and customer service second to none!

I was very unfamiliar with the home buying process. I had an exorbitant amount of questions regarding the entire process from loan approval to closing. David was available, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the best options for my family. I was very pleased with David and his staff. Highly recommend.

When we thought refinancing wasn't possible, Ryan Guess and Triumph made the process seamless. Not only did they beat our current lenders offer by a significant amount, but Ryan offered outstanding customer service and knowledge through the process. I had the opportunity to work with Chase Newell on buying my first home. The rate is incredible. Not only is it the lowest (0.125% lower than the next closest one) among what I shopped. It also came with no fees and close to a thousand credit !!! Mr. Chase Newell and Ms. Morgan Carson is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient.
