We were nearly thrown off track by last minute paperwork issues - at our closing - but the team at Triumph responded immediately, allowed us to cure the errors (on our side), and continue with our closing. I've purchase several homes, but I've never experienced the level of service as I have with Triumph. It's like they were sitting in our seat, and our home purchase was just as important to them as if it were their own. Fantastic team all-around!

We worked with Ryan Guess and my goodness, we are glad we found the right person! The rate is awesome, and the communication is great! I can Ryan anytime when I have a question, even after work. Everything is open and honest, and it only took them about 2 weeks to clear my loan. Instead of feeling we are doing business, we felt that we are being helped by friends. I would personally recommend Ryan to anyone who wants to buy a house in Memphis, 100%. A 5-star should speak for itself.

Ryan & his team made our buying and selling process beyond amazing. This was a huge deal for us and super stressful as 2 financing deals were being done at once - Ryan took the time to work with me and answer every ridiculous question i could think of at anytime. He even re-educated me on poor mortgage information i had been given previously which in turn saved us a ton of money. Super Cool, Defines Professional - best in the business.

We are completely satisfied the level of service which we had received during our closing process. Aaron Sledd was our mortgage agent and he was so transparent during entire process and was very helpful in understanding every mortgage term. He had delivered what he promised and closed my mortgage within stipulated time frame. There is absolutely no fees and compare to other lenders they offer best rate. We highly recommend Triumph Bank for getting mortgage.

This was my first time working with an out-of-state lender and I was nervous at the beginning. But my loan agent Mr. Aaron Sledd surely delivered what he promised. He was able to offer the best interest rate with no junk fees at all and I was able to close in 3 weeks! What I like most is that he and his assistant Holli always responded to my calls or emails on the same day. I highly recommend Triumph Mortgage if you are still shopping for a lender.
