I had a great experience at Nissan of Tustin this week. I came in stressed about an issue with my car, but Edward in service really took the time to walk me through what was going on and made sure everything was handled the right way. He kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, Danny even stopped by to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to see management that involved. I normally dread getting my car serviced, but Jeff changed that for me. He actually listened to what was going on with my car instead of brushing me off like other places have done. He kept me updated the whole time and even showed me what they found. While I was waiting, Danny and Edward came by and asked if I needed anything and if everything was going smoothly, which honestly surprised me—in a good way. They didn’t treat me like a ticket number, they treated me like an actual person. Really appreciate the service here.
