This was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Justin provide answers ot all of my question, and was do personable. He went way beyond what I normally experienced when trying to purchase this car. There was no way I was going to purchase a car from anyone else. I also must mention Frankie he aslo was very professional and friendly an made the purchase stress-free and pleasant.
I'm a long time customer (even before the name change to Nissan of Tustin). I usually seek out Jeff Coward because he knows my vehicle's history, and does his best to accommodate me.
Cash was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting my car serviced. He was able to order the parts that would be needed and arranged to have the service done the next day. He was right on target as to how long the service would be. Finally all of your personnel are very courteous.
Service is always on time and thorough. Everything to be done is discussed before and results after. Items necessary for the next service visit are also discussed. Carl, Juliana and Geoff are always courteous, thorough and thoughtful. BTW, we really appreciate that the dealership provides a ride home and pickup when service is completed.
The Service Team is courteous and professional. They keep you apprised with any issues with your car, and let you know which items are higher priority.

Brian Wood and his staff have always been outstanding and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Always the VIP treatment and very courteous and polite. Fast clean professional service always a pleasant experience. The service advisor was polite, fast, and saw to all my needs. Outstanding service!
