I appreciate this dealership so much! I actually got my car from Downey Nissan. It is my first electric vehicle, it felt like they were just trying to send me on my way. They didn't explain anything. If you’re looking for a place that’s honest, fast, and reliable this is the place to be at. I’ve been working with Jeff for over 10 years and when he’s not there Cash takes care of me. Great thing is that cash takes care of me like if it was Jeff. Thank you guys! I love waiting there they have free wifi and great coffee. My vehicle always leaves in a better condition.

I was worried because I have been coming here for 15 years and they recently switched owners. But I’m glad to find out the whole service team is still here. Thank you guys. I always have a great service experience when I come to this location. I used to come see Steve for all of my car needs but he moved to Downey and it’s to far of a drive for me. He however left me on the hands of Danny and I have zero complaints! She treats me like a VIP everytime in go in she makes sure through my whole time there that I am taken care of as well as my car. I reallly appreciate this dealership. They take their time to explain everything and all the service process. I came in for a recall and an oil change and they did an inspection on my car. I got a video about it and that was definitely something new. Very nice seeing anything they’re recommending instead of just telling me. I really appreciated that.
