I've left 2 messages over the last 2 weeks regarding the gutters (that I've paid for and have not received) and have not received a call back as to when I can expect them.

I am 50/50 on if I would recommend this company. It took 3 months to even get the windows. When they did finally get here. 2 windows were broken Internally not letting them move up or down. 2 screens needed fixed, and 1 sash in a window was damaged. It took almost a month after installation to send someone out to look and take pictures of what needed to be fixed. The windows are beautiful and were a much needed update to our home. However, we aren’t pleased with how the company chose to respond after the installers broke the frame housing my wife’s college degrees.

Everything was great except.....I did not get the discount or signage in my yard like we were supposed to 🤬 That was like a $600+ savings 🤬

They say they have a referral fee but my friend has yet to see it. So I guess that is a lie. So if I ever do, I know I will not get anything.
Shoddy work! My doors and windows don't even seal. And my front door does not latch measurements are off and there is a huge language barrier with installers( sub contracted non English speaking workers)
