Despite my questioning the fit of 3 of the 5 windows at original installation, the tech insisted they were correct. Multiple calls to follow up resulted in having to repeat my issues multiple times to different reps. First resolve was to replace one window set entirely and reset 2 other windows. A cracked pane of glass was replaced in a 4th window. This project was more of a hassle than it should've been. I expected way more for the money I spent. I was met with mediocrity. No response, no information besides a couple emails to tell me what to do.
