Took over a year and a half to get the correct sized windows installed

The sales person did not explain that the windows were 3 inches narrower than original widows. Also, 5 of my windows face north with a lean to style porch and sales person sold me window tint or solar block. There was no reason to put solar shield on north facing windows. Sales people need to look at the whole situation and explain. When someone spends 10 K on 9 windows, there should be no surprises.

It was a disaster from day one. Would not recommend. They give you an appointment and no one shows up. When you call in they tell you that you were not scheduled for that day.

Windows initially installed in November 2023. Due to a window being broken during installation, UWD not placing an order timely, and 2 separate attempts to correct the initial window as well as two that broke after installation it is now March 2023 and the windows are complete. From the time the order was placed until the time windows installation was completed took way way long.
