My experience from top to bottom was excellent. The sales rep Tony was very kind and helpful. The windows were installed two weeks earlier than I expected, and the technician was there very quickly and installed my windows. They look fantastic. Very happy very happy.

Over the last several years, my service from Williams Comfort air has been amazing. They're timely, informative and supportive when I needed it most. However, my recent experience with their installation technicians has been the total opposite. Not sure if it was just the technician not having great communication skills, or if training of staff has changed, but things were not what I've come to expect from the Williams Comfort Air team.

Horrible installation: Windows don't fit openings and a ton of foam had to be used Broken window Window not centered in opening Locks don't work Awful caulking All 9 screens have a large hole in each one Tech left dried paint/caulk on carpet

I still don’t have what I paid for after 5 follow up visits. I am still finding new issues. I’m now getting additional damages from the “repairs” I’m receiving. The biggest financial mistake of my life was trusting this company.
