i do feel that I had been slightly overpriced but am perfectly pleased with the windows. However, the picture window in the front shows two areas below that tell me the replacement window must be heavier than the original as there is signs that the plaster has bulged and not just as peeling paint chips that your agent said. I'm a retired engineer and know what peeling paint looks like. When he was here, I was slightly ill and didn't wish to argue.

I submitted several comments shortly after the window install and checked the box asking whether I would like to be contacted about my comments. No one ever got back to me. While I like the windows, the installation day was other than ideal. The workmen tracked dirt onto my carpets. After I worked on scrubbing the dirt off for an hour or so, two workmen took over to remove the marks, but, surely, better care should be taken in keeping a customer's home clean. Our experience with Universal Windows Direct has been in a word ‘Frustrating’. 1. April 2023: Scheduling installation of our doors while we were out of town (after first calling Universal to make sure our doors would not be in at that given time) was met with over a half-hour phone call listening to how we would be expected to pay a daily storage fee before the doors could be scheduled to be delivered and installed. Presentation was a bit too long considering I knew I need windows. I could have done without the whole" how much I'll save in utilities" when I that was reason for the call in first place.
