I still don’t have what I paid for after 5 follow up visits. I am still finding new issues. I’m now getting additional damages from the “repairs” I’m receiving. The biggest financial mistake of my life was trusting this company.

While the windows look nice and work great, there were multiple communication errors around payment, wrong invoices sent, and miscommunication from the sale to install teams. The install team realized a lot of the measurements given to them were incorrect and then had to spend more time making changes, drilling, and caulking that took more time. I do appreciate the install team as they always assured me that they were going to make it look nice.
