This project was more of a hassle than it should've been. I expected way more for the money I spent. I was met with mediocrity. No response, no information besides a couple emails to tell me what to do.

The language barrier was a bit difficult, due to the questions I asked I didn’t quite fully understand his answer. The installer and his crew did a good job. After acing customer service, I got a technician that was above and beyond service to the customer. My experience from top to bottom was excellent. The sales rep Tony was very kind and helpful. The windows were installed two weeks earlier than I expected, and the technician was there very quickly and installed my windows. They look fantastic. Very happy very happy.
