Still waiting on my flex screens to be replaced because they came off the truck damaged. Seems the company is not going to replace these even though I was told they ordered them. No communication after I paid my balance. Had to have them out twice because first time a window sill wasn’t replaced as it wasn’t on the installers order form.

Installation was a disaster. Caused multiple service appointments and damage to my home. Universal windows doesn’t take responsibility for any holes put into your wall by their careless installation team.

The sales person was exceptional and covered many of the particulars but upon receiving the interior entry door with key-less touch screen deadbolt key pad and learning that the power source was batteries my wife and I have buyers remorse, had we known that we would have opted for the key entry lock and after speaking with a manager regarding the dilemma she adamantly informed us in no uncertain terms that replacing the lock would be our responsibility to pay for the key lock regardless of the communication failure of the sa... read more

Original measurements were incorrect. They had to come out 2 times. Then we did not hear back for a long time. Windows received did not have the correct grids. A few windows were ordered with new grids adn thus had to wait and then arragne to those installed.

We had the wrong door ordered, and I’ve had to reschedule for another install now, and haggle with the manager so we were not charged extra, (who also ignored our calls for well over a month before I finally had to post on social media to get their attention). Although they are agreeing to order the correct door, we spent extensive time with the sales rep, showing him exactly what we wanted based on our front storm door, which has the exact same style and it was still ordered incorrectly.
