It was a disaster from day one. Would not recommend. They give you an appointment and no one shows up. When you call in they tell you that you were not scheduled for that day.

Windows initially installed in November 2023. Due to a window being broken during installation, UWD not placing an order timely, and 2 separate attempts to correct the initial window as well as two that broke after installation it is now March 2023 and the windows are complete. From the time the order was placed until the time windows installation was completed took way way long.

Zero customer service. Miss measured my windows and it took close to 3 months to get them measured correctly and installed. I will never use this company again. I made 4 phone calls with in a month or so and not one of the were ever returned.

The fact that I needed service because the windows were leaking air in on the coldest day of the winter makes it impossible to recommend UWD

Windows have been replaced 3 times, and still are not correct, or as the display windows. Sashes are loose inside the frame, difficult to lock. Almost 2 years since I made the warranty issue claims, 12 visits and seven window orders.

Windows were installed in February, they left gaps in between windows and house, we had cold air and water coming in, installers suck

I wish I could give 0 stars. The ONLY positives in my 3 yr long ordeal with replacing 5 windows was the service techs Cody and Harry. Otherwise every aspect of the process was a complete and total nightmare filled with 0 customer service, no updates and the quality of the windows was subpar. The process caused so much stress and time missed from work that was never compensated for. Never will I recommend them to anyone
