I have had nothing but issues dealing with this company. I have been waiting for someone to call me back to schedule window repair for over a month and yet to hear from anyone. This is has happened every time I am supposed to receive a call back.

Very frustrating!!! It took 10 months to get the windows and screens installed! And 2 large screens arrived already torn and didn't fit the windows!

Would not recommend Universal direct windows to anybody I know very unprofessional placed my order they did not place my order for three months then first group of installers left without doing any work very unsatisfied

No one came out to my residence. I never received an appointment for the replacement that I called in for.

We had a horrible installation where the repair crew had to come out and fix the poor caulking job and broken siding caused during installation.

The first installer they sent out was rude and rushed the job. And for 21 windows sending one man is just insane. He also put a hole in my wall and didn’t insulate/spray foam many of the windows.

We have requested many time for Universal for finish our installation of our hardware on our door with no response…..Customer service is poor!
