I will never recommend a company like this after the unprofessional and awful experience stay away!!!!
Everything went well until the last few windows, which have yet to be completed. Poor communication and unhelpful support calls.
Well the windows move up and down, kept out the rain yesterday, my problem was the install.
Took 5 months to complete. 3 times installers did not show up for appointment. Companies refused to allow me to talk to someone in charge of project manager. Asked 10 times for a call back
Would have preferred them be honest about how hard the install would be or what other options exist.(even outside of the their services) the install was on a log home, which the installers admitted they had never dealt with.
