Until someone resolves our problem and does something to make us forget about the whole experience with Yinz, I’d not only not recommend yinz but I’d tell them not to deal with you.

I would not recommend this company. 1. I was charged interest on the contact from the day I signed it. This is not industry practice. Normally an individual would pay for services once they are renended and not a couple of months ahead of time. 2. The installers did some things that irrated me such as using my toliet without my permission and not flushing. They also installed their sign outside without permission. Not of the caulking looks professional.

Not enough insulation on the sides of the windows and the windows could’ve been bigger so there was not as much gap around the window. I hear as much outside noise as my single pane window.

Not too impressed with quality of product as we just had our windows installed Dec of 2021 and one bedroom window had frame insolation showing outside and exposed from inside the window - we worked twice to get it replace with 2nd attempt successful - also we recently noticed our living room picture window started showing glare spots on the outside of the window glass pane - at first I thought it was dirt so I cleaned the window and realized that was not the case - when the recent repair guy Michael Moran came to replace the... read more
