I didn’t appreciate the price game in the beginning. First quote was approx 21,000 then 17,000, then 11,000 to finally end at about 9,500. That’s ridiculous and your salesman should be ashamed. I could totally see elderly and or uninformed people agreeing to that price.

When there was an issue and I consulted my contract and called the same day the window was installed, it took weeks to resolve with no one returning calls or getting me answers as promised.

I ordered 5 windows and a new front entrance door on 7-7-2022. It took 3 months for the product arrive in Universal's warehouse and another month before I could get an install date. The techs showed up with windows that were the wrong color than the ones I ordered. They were able to install the door but during the removal of the old door proceeded to put a hole in the wall that was at least 6"×6". They tried to repair it and it wasn't until after they left that I noticed it wasn't repaired correctly. I did it myself. Another... read more

Customer service is horrible!
beginning of project delayed and when they finally came only had 12 instead of 14. therefore, four couldn't be put in. when the other windows came in the grids didn't match and was told that would be done in two weeks.

Not after the way the incompetent installers left our projects and the way customer service DOES NOT COMUNICATE with their clients.
