They've been my dogs vet for about a year and a half now and have always been great. I love being able to schedule his regular appointments online and they always take care of my fur baby. The best experience I've had was this week to when my dog ate several medication pills that he shouldn't have. We met Jordan right away at the door and she called the vet and poison control immediately. We have had the privilege of bringing our rabbit to your vet office for over a year now. The care has been excellent and the vets knowledge of rabbits has been so valuable to the health and care of rabbit. We are grateful that we have found your office and I've tried a few other local rabbit vets, but have found that we are most satisfied with the impressive knowledge and understanding of your rabbit vet's experience and training.

Our go-to vet, always. No one is perfect but they have always done right by us and our pets. Two of our cats owe their lives to ACC. They have been forgiving about rush appointments when my cats have had urinary blockage incidents, and have been very flexible financially speaking, helping us to afford the care our pets need, when other local clinics have refused to do so, putting that care out of our reach. The staff at the Vacaville Animal Care Center have been exemplary. The service has simply been outstanding and they treat my pet like they have known him all along. We know our pet is in good care whenever we bring him in for a visit or care. We recommend anyone who has a pet to join the Paws program to get the best out of their pet health program.

I try to never write reviews after a single visit, but I had such a great experience today at the Vacaville Animal Care Center with Dr. Behnke: I've only had my bunny for a few weeks, and she injured her foot a couple days ago. When I called to make an appointment, the appointment was initially going to be for next week, but when the tech/receptionist heard that my bunny may be injured, she spoke with the doctor and got me in the next day. My rats love this place. Reasonably priced it is a really good place to bring small animalls. The only down side is they book up fast because there is only one small animall doctor. So, if you have an emergency you usually have to go to UC Davis. There is also a hospital in Vallejo and Walnut Creek that sees rats!!

We took our kitten here for his first shots and then again for neutering/microchipping, when he was old enough. The staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable! For neutering, our cat, Ash, checked in at 8:45am. I received a call at 2pm explaining that everything went according to plan and that Ash was recovering very well. I was told I could pick him up between 4pm-5pm. They took really good care of him and the whole procedure was a very easy and smooth process. We will without a doubt be coming back!

I have been a client for the past 25 years, since first moving to Vacaville. I have seen all the vets there and it's been because of the vets and their staff that we continue to stay. All of the Drs. truly love animals and understand the relationship that we have with our 4 legged "children"! They have seen us as we bring in a new puppy for his/her 1st wellness exam, and continue to see and treat our dog through the course of their life and then help us transition them over the "rainbow bridge". Dr. Klittich is absolutely great. As a lifetime Oak Animal Hospital customer, I am now a forever Animal Care Center customer. Not here to mud up Oak, but I had two back to back unsatisfactory visits, let me not understate it, bad visits, Dr. Klittich restored my faith that vets do care and they are not just out to get your money.
