I have had great service at Animal Care Center. We used to use a mobile vet (he came to our house), but we had an emergency with a cat and they were wonderful. After our home vet retired, we started bringing our pets to Animal Care Clinic exclusively. they have been really great. Professional, empathetic, and I've never felt that they were doing unnecessary tests. To the guy whose dog kept chewing off his bandages. Of course the dog will do that, she's a dog!!! We have been taking our beloved pets to Animal Care Center for years at the recommendation of our neighbors when we were new to the area. The service is always professional and we always get the very best care. Most recently, Dr. Thompson spend a lot of time with me and my new adopted dogs to make sure we had everything covered. I can't say enough great things about them!

We have been going to Animal Care Center for 32 years. We live in the rural area, so have brought in stray cats. Lots of them over the years. The staff and particularly the vets have always been compassionate, caring and have explained matters to us. I have a lot of trust in the care that they give. I recommend this animal center with no reservation.

We have been bringing our animals (dogs, cats, rats, guinea pigs) here for 31 years. We have always been met with professional friendly receptionists. When we make an appointment we are asked, "Which doctor?" It honestly doesn't matter they are all understanding, and professional. One little problem in 31 years. A mix-up in the appointment time, they had 9 am, we had 10 am, we were still seen about 1020 am I would highly recommend Vacaville Animal Care Center.

We have found the staff at The Animal Care Center very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, with special kudos to Dr Cory Thompson, whom our two Bichons (mother & daughter) simply love. Dr Thompson has an unusual way in greeting his animal patients, communicating with them to satisfy their anxiety of having come there (especially small animals) and is extremely thorough in his examinations with great follow-up. Very impressive animal clinic !!

I've taken my pets to Animal Care Center for years and love it! Dr. Howard and Dr. Behnke are the best and all of the front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My kitties don't like their vet visits but everyone there does their best to make the experience as painless and stress-free as possible.

I have been coming to Vacaville Animal Care Center for many years. Believe it or not,even before Dr. Barnes was there. Our first vet there was Dr. Cobble. All the current Dr's (Howard,Thompson,Benke and Garberson)are great . We have many pets and all leave been treated there for various issues. I would recommend this office to all pet owners. This has been our vet of 3 dogs for the past 9 years and recently looks to be heading in the wrong direction. A larger buisness just bought them out although not publicized and thier prices sky rocketed. Most of the friendly staff like Bev have moved on and you no longer get that welcoming atmoshphere with the new faces behind the desk. The doctors are still top notch and are the only ones holding this place together. We're going to miss Dr. Howard and Dr. Benke but will not miss the outrageous prices.

We had an emercency with our little Jack Russel. She had been attacked in the dog park and had a serious laceration in her neck along with puncture marks. Our family vet is in Sonoma so I googled emergency vet and Animal Care Center was first on the list. I was frantic when I called and Stella (bless her heart!) was able to calm me down, give directions and arrange to have an exam room and doctor available as soon as we walked in despite their full schedule that day.
