We have looks for a vet we like for a long time and so far we love Vacaville Animal Care Center. The personnel is accommodating with scheduling with our busy schedules. My vet Dr.T'Kanchi is caring and knows how to work with our dog. It's hard to find a good vet so we are very thankful! As much as I want to gate-keep I have to give them a positive review! We have the PawPlan which makes our lives easier.
We just took our King Cavalier here after having an experience at another clinic in Fairfield that made us feel that they were more interested in making a buck than treating the emergent issue at hand. When we arrived at Vacaville Animal Care Center, we noticed it just had a better vibe. I am a vibe person and pick up on it quickly. Our pet was treated incredibly well by the intake tech, but the standout was definitely Dr. K. She came in with nothing but a ton of positive energy and immediately connected with our dog by ... read more
Love this place, the entire staff, plus the time & patience they take with each client both animal & human make you feel special. They are warm, caring & always follow up to make sure the needs of your pet well taken care of.
Both my dogs have been patients of Vacavilee Animal Care Center for 6+yrs. All the Doctors and staff have been wonderful. Fantastic staff that provide great consumer services. Shoutout to Eric!! The Doctors are empathetic, understanding, transparents, provide options, and super sweet to my dogs. They have overseen dental cleaning, diabetes diagnosis, allergies, ER visits, insulin refills etc. I am sure the diabetes was a lot to navigate because we worked with an ER Veterinarian as well. The Doctors have been collaborat... read more
First visit for Teddy , front desk staff so friendly n helpful....Dr Gaberson took so much time with me and answered all my questions. Excellent visit!
My dogs have been coming here for years. The Dr's, assistants and front office staff have all been great from entering the door to walking out with my appointment accomplished. Whenever an issue arises I get seen quickly and affordably. The Paw Plan is a great option and reassures me that my dogs are being taken care of and are healthy. Thank you all for making my life easier and helping me maintain my dog's quality of life. You are appreciated!
No, words can express the gratitude of my wife and I after the recent passing of our 15 year old beloved cat "Football"! Doctor Behnke and her entire staff define what compassion is and beyond to us weeks after. Linda and Bruce
Dr. Behnke and Dr. Garberson have been seeing my cats for the last 8+ years. They are empathetic, knowledgeable, collaborative, and highly communicative. They take the time to understand your concerns, questions, and ensure that you're comfortable with next steps. Dr. Behnke is constantly looking at the newest resources and studies regarding cats and other small animals, keeping her ahead of the vet game. She is open to alternative treatment options with local specialists and strives to do the very best for the pet and the... read more
I took our older cat in yesterday for a haircut, since she isn't grooming herself very well lately. Amy the Vet Tech was so nice, and did a wonderful job on a very stressed out kitty. Our cat relaxed with Amy who was so patient and kind, and when finished the cat looked great. Today I went back with our dog for a physical and vaccines, and we saw Dr Behnke who our pup has seen for his 6 years of life. He loves her, and she is very knowledgeable and always checks him from head to toe. I feel very comfortable taking both our ... read more
