My dogs have been coming here for years. The Dr's, assistants and front office staff have all been great from entering the door to walking out with my appointment accomplished. Whenever an issue arises I get seen quickly and affordably. The Paw Plan is a great option and reassures me that my dogs are being taken care of and are healthy. Thank you all for making my life easier and helping me maintain my dog's quality of life. You are appreciated!

Dr. Behnke and Dr. Garberson have been seeing my cats for the last 8+ years. They are empathetic, knowledgeable, collaborative, and highly communicative. They take the time to understand your concerns, questions, and ensure that you're comfortable with next steps. I took our older cat in yesterday for a haircut, since she isn't grooming herself very well lately. Amy the Vet Tech was so nice, and did a wonderful job on a very stressed out kitty. Our cat relaxed with Amy who was so patient and kind, and when finished the cat looked great. Today I went back with our dog for a physical and vaccines, and we saw Dr Behnke who our pup has seen for his 6 years of life. Despite the fact that they are down to only two doctors, they still show up with a smile on their face and kindness in their hearts. Fully invested in my pets care. While also being super busy, shout out to Alejandra at the front desk for going above and beyond to try and get my pet in sooner. My schedule is super crazy and she (and all the front desk staff, Jen & Eric) have been working with me to get my pet the care she needs. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you bring to such a hard field.

On 20 May 2022 my pitbull Bella passed away I took her to the Vacaville animal care facility to be cremated the staff was pleasant understanding and did everything they could to make me feel better about the matter I would highly recommend anybody having issues with their dog or cat go to this facility because I was treated fairly with respect which is very rare these days and if anybody from the facility sees this post I just want to thank you for treating my baby pitbull with respect if I could give you more than five star... read more

Love this clinic! I used to go to Pawsh, but I can't get them to answer the phone anymore to even schedule an appointment, and the last few visits there, I just didn't feel like my animal was getting the right care. I started going here, and so far the experience has been great! The care has been very thorough. The only thing I don't like, is that currently due to the pandemic, we cannot be present with our pet during the appointment. Very friendly companionate and caring staff. I felt comfortable and confident they would take care of my girl and they did. Would be happy to bring any future pets back.
