Vatche is EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. The ONLY reason we didn't close with him was due to a situation with the property appraisal that had nothing to do with him. I cannot recommend Vatche highly enough!
It was a pleasure working with Valley West Mortgage. Vatche and his staff were prompt, professional and responsive. His rates where better than many other lenders and everyone of my questions were answered quickly and in detail. Would highly recommend his service for a home loan.
I communicated with Vatche on all the things I would need to qualify for an FHA loan under my circumstance (high front end ratio). He was very helpful and assisted me in any way he could. I ended up buying a new home construction which required me to use their lender and so I was not able use Vatche's services.

Vatche did a great job obtaining me a mortgage that closed quickly. His assistant, Carole, was also extremely helpful. I would definately recommend him.
Vatche understood all my concerns and he did his best to accommodate my needs. His assistant Carol is pleasant also. The process went very smooth and quick. His fees and rates were low and stayed true up to closing time. Excellent!

Vatche had the best rates from my loan requests, so I contacted him via Email. He responded and had no problem speaking to me the next day, even though it was outside of his normal business hours. Within a day he had us approved and ready to go! An unexpected turn with renters caused us to backout from buying a second home, but if we had proceeded we would have definitely used Vatche! A++
