We have been working with Andrew Acuna at Valley West Mortgage on a refinance of our second home for some time. There were a number of roadblocks along the way, such as incorrect historical records on the property and problems with appraisal. Andrew hung in there with us and he eventually prevailed, resulting in a successful refinance at a substantially lower interest rate. If you want a loan officer that does not give up easily, I highly recommend Andrew and his company.

I had direct contact with Andrew Acuna. He was there every day for the last 8 months. He followed up on issues and worked with my realtor directly to get this impossible short sale to close. Andrew even made some calls for my realtor (this is not his job) and never complainted. If I had questions he would call me from home in the evening. He never left me wondering what was going on. I could not have chosen anyone better to work with then Andrew and his team.

After being denied credit from a large bank with only a couple weeks to close escrow, I contacted Danny Tepel at valley west mortgage. I never in a million years thought we would make it but we did and with a few days to spare. He was always pleasant and answered my calls and hundreds of questions even after hours. I’ve worked with a few loan officers in my life but Danny was by far the most professional and someone I would highly recommend. Thanks again Danny and Valley West!

I have purchased and refinanced 3 homes I've owned over 12 times and I have never dealt with any loan officer as professional as Jesse Carter at valley west mortgage. He was very knowledgable and explained everything that was unclear. There have been no surprise's and I couldn't feel more confident with his ability.
