Vatche oversaw the closing of my refinance. When the initial mortgage lender balked on me, Vatche paid for the second appraisal of my home that was required for the second lender. In particular, Anthony Romero worked double duty to get my loan pushed through. My experience with this brokerage was excellent. Thanks to Anthony for all the hard work.

Wow! We worked with Andrew Acuna at Valley West Mortgage and could not have been more pleased. He held our hands through obtaining a loan for a home purchase from Provident Funding and was even able to close early with this difficult lender. Valley West Mortgage advertised the lowest rates and that is exactly what we received. Vatche, Andrew and their team are the utmost professionals and are extremely competent in what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are a team you can trust.

Good mortgage broker. Worked with a difficult lender (Provident Funding) which required an unusual amount of paperwork and conditions that were unreasonable. Vatche Saatdjian and his staff were professional and closed the loan on time and at the rate and costs they quoted. I would recommend them.

Valley West Mortgage, with Anthony Romero, provided outstanding service. The loan closed faster than expected, and the rates and conditions matched the original offer from them. I did react on the fact that we had to pay upfront for the appraisal ($460), so had the mortgage not closed for some reason, we would have paid $460 for nothing. But maybe that's how the industry works these days ...

I worked with Keith Ho at Valley West Mortgage, who is on Vatche's team. With an internet pop up response, he called me early Saturday morning after a late Friday request and completed the prequal over the phone then and there. I DID NOT EVEN GO TO ANOTHER LENDER. I stayed with someone I can work with!!! Keith was GREAT, 5 STARS! ... and all this was on a foreclosure, the toughest kind of financing to obtain! Use this team if you are serious and want to close your loan!

My loan processor was Phil R. and I would rate him as 5 star in all categories. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive and helpful in every step of the process. I had issues requiring extra time in closing the loan, but Phil stuck with me every step of the way and coached me through to a successful closing. This firm has high integrity and works well with PRMG mortgage, who also had a high degree of responsiveness when the loan appeared to be going off track. We dealt with Andrew Acuna at Valley West Mortgage. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. We initially tried to work with a broker recommended by Costco. That broker is located in Kansas. What a disaster! They were the most inefficient and unprofessional firm we have ever dealt with.
