I worked with Keith Ho at Valley West Mortgage, who is on Vatche's team. With an internet pop up response, he called me early Saturday morning after a late Friday request and completed the prequal over the phone then and there. I DID NOT EVEN GO TO ANOTHER LENDER. I stayed with someone I can work with!!! Keith was GREAT, 5 STARS! ... and all this was on a foreclosure, the toughest kind of financing to obtain! Use this team if you are serious and want to close your loan!

My loan processor was Phil R. and I would rate him as 5 star in all categories. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive and helpful in every step of the process. I had issues requiring extra time in closing the loan, but Phil stuck with me every step of the way and coached me through to a successful closing. This firm has high integrity and works well with PRMG mortgage, who also had a high degree of responsiveness when the loan appeared to be going off track. We dealt with Andrew Acuna at Valley West Mortgage. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. We initially tried to work with a broker recommended by Costco. That broker is located in Kansas. What a disaster! They were the most inefficient and unprofessional firm we have ever dealt with. Phil Robichaud at Valley West was the best I have ever worked with. My loan was a complicated loan and most other companies would not even talk to me. It was a process but I was updated constantly and was actually called back quickly if I had any questions. Plus they found a company that beat others by 1 percent. I would highly recommend Phil Robichaud at Valley West Mortgage. They have my business for now on.

The mortgage application was smooth and non-problematic. Phil Robichaud is 100% professional. Phil worked closely and constantly with both the listing agent and my agent (buyer's agent). Phil was able to streamline the closing process so that the transfer of title went very smooth and seamless.

Best rate and lowest fees on the Internet! Called 3 companies before choosing Valley West. They were the only company that called me within 10 minutes. I started the loan process with them over the phone. They emailed me all the paperwork to sign. Within 2-1/2 weeks my loan was ready to sign docs. All of the rates and fees were exactly what they promised. Good job Valley West.
