I didn't use Vatche, but that wasn't due to anything he had done. He was the first to quote me and was very helpful in what he could do. I ended up using a friend of mine's referrral but if I had not I would have used Vatche in a heartbeat

Vatche was the most helpful and informative and knowledgeable of Any of the lenders I have talked to. He's upfront, genuine, and a very hard worker...returning phone calls ASAP, sending required documents very quickly, and simply a pleasure to work with. Though I unexpectedly went with another lender at the last minute, it doesn't take away from the fact that he was my top choice at the time, with rates Very difficult to beat! You can't loose by working with him!

there was no complications, met with him once, he took all the info and then did not hear from him until everything was ready. also he was there to answer any questions great experiencethanks Vally West Mortgage

Vatche has been very responsive to all of our needs. He has done everything that he promised to do. His loan quote was the best we received, but we did not close the loan because we decided not to buy this property. Vatche has been readily available to answer any and all of our questions. He has given us information that has made the loan process more understandable and easier.

I would not recommend Valley West Mortgage to anyone. I believe I was mislead and that they thought I would go ahead and close the deal with terms other than were agreed to. It was a struggle to get what was promised and that wasn't delivered until after I threatend to withdraw and leave horrible feedback.

Although super nice to speak with, my rep. sent me a contract without the money I wanted...said she'd send me another packet, but didn't...I wouldn't recommend this company.

They responded timely but when I told them what I wanted they assured me they could help you and give me the interest rate and loan amount I requested. I was upfront with all my information and when the papers were drawn up, then all the figures changed, (the fees they charged and the interest rate were higher. As a result my credit score lowered because of their inquiry. I was upset. If they could not give me what I requested I would not have let them access my credit score. They are not to be trusted.. This lenders' rates looked good, but the follow-up with Andrew Acuna was poor and unprofessional. Andrew did not answer my questions via email and wanted to speak to me on the phone. I do not have a cell phone and am unable to call long distance from work so asked if they had an 800 number. Andrew gave me one, but when I called it I reached another member of the staff who complained that it was his personal cell phone! I asked if he would give Andrew a message to call me but I never heard from him after that. Needless to say... read more

The quote on Zillow was nice but when I spoke to andrew 30 minutes later, the rate changed and he also told me the lender credit was no longer available. He blamed it on "I.T." not keeping up with rates but that's called a bait and switch.
