Phil Robichaud at Valley West was the best I have ever worked with. My loan was a complicated loan and most other companies would not even talk to me. It was a process but I was updated constantly and was actually called back quickly if I had any questions. Plus they found a company that beat others by 1 percent. I would highly recommend Phil Robichaud at Valley West Mortgage. They have my business for now on.

The mortgage application was smooth and non-problematic. Phil Robichaud is 100% professional. Phil worked closely and constantly with both the listing agent and my agent (buyer's agent). Phil was able to streamline the closing process so that the transfer of title went very smooth and seamless.

Best rate and lowest fees on the Internet! Called 3 companies before choosing Valley West. They were the only company that called me within 10 minutes. I started the loan process with them over the phone. They emailed me all the paperwork to sign. Within 2-1/2 weeks my loan was ready to sign docs. All of the rates and fees were exactly what they promised. Good job Valley West.

This is my second mortgage with Vatche Saatdjian and Valley West Mortgage.It was handled professionally and met seemingly impossible deadlines. He maintained excellent communication with my agent and directly with the sellers agent.I would highly recommend using Valley West for your next mortgage.

Phenomenal service.. Vatche Saatdjian literally saved us over $14,000 in closing costs as compared to another local lender we were approved through.. No joke over $14,000 witrh a lender credit of $1600 to boot! - In addition Valley West Mortgage (Vatche) got us a rate .750 of a point lower than our original Loan Officer's best -case offer.. I am just sorry we dont have the financial ability to buy several homes with Vatche & Valley West Mortgage.. Karen M. Clark

I dealt with Anthony Brown from this lender.He was very helpful, professional and likable. At the time I contacted this lender, my lock with on a loan with another Mortgage company was expiring without closing due to bad weather. I was not certain my original lender could handle the delay so I sought other quotes in case. As it turned out, they could so I locked in again with my original lender. Based on my experience,I would not hesitate to recommend this lender to anyone.

I am a first time home buyer. I called Valley West Mortgage and spoke with Vatche on the phone after calling several others. Valley West and Vatche never made me feel like I was asking the wrong questions, never tried to up sell or add on anything that wasn't needed and everything else that I needed was right on their website.
