So pleased with the entire process. A refi is never fun, but dealing with such a knowledgeable lender like Valley West Mortgage and especially Anthony Romero made the process painless. We actually dealt with Anthony Romero at Valley West. Over all we are pleased with the end result and the refi went through with the cost and interest rate as advertised. Despite excellent credit and an easy, low-risk loan, the process was more taxing and a pain than it should have been (some repeats on paperwork, loan amount error, and some miscommunications). I had a great experience while working with Jeff Gonzalez from Valley West Mortgage. From the beginning Jeff was upfront about how long it would take to close and the costs associated. He went through various scenarios and helped us select the option that worked best for me in my situation. If I were to refinance again I would definitely work with Jeff and Valley West again.

Vatche oversaw the closing of my refinance. When the initial mortgage lender balked on me, Vatche paid for the second appraisal of my home that was required for the second lender.
