So pleased with the entire process. A refi is never fun, but dealing with such a knowledgeable lender like Valley West Mortgage and especially Anthony Romero made the process painless. Every detail was immediately attended to and anything that might have been a problem was taken care of before it could delay the process. Thank you every one at Valley West Mortgage for a job well done. I would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone I know.

We actually dealt with Anthony Romero at Valley West. Over all we are pleased with the end result and the refi went through with the cost and interest rate as advertised. Despite excellent credit and an easy, low-risk loan, the process was more taxing and a pain than it should have been (some repeats on paperwork, loan amount error, and some miscommunications). I had a great experience while working with Jeff Gonzalez from Valley West Mortgage. From the beginning Jeff was upfront about how long it would take to close and the costs associated. He went through various scenarios and helped us select the option that worked best for me in my situation. If I were to refinance again I would definitely work with Jeff and Valley West again.

Vatche oversaw the closing of my refinance. When the initial mortgage lender balked on me, Vatche paid for the second appraisal of my home that was required for the second lender. In particular, Anthony Romero worked double duty to get my loan pushed through. My experience with this brokerage was excellent. Thanks to Anthony for all the hard work.

Wow! We worked with Andrew Acuna at Valley West Mortgage and could not have been more pleased. He held our hands through obtaining a loan for a home purchase from Provident Funding and was even able to close early with this difficult lender. Valley West Mortgage advertised the lowest rates and that is exactly what we received. Vatche, Andrew and their team are the utmost professionals and are extremely competent in what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are a team you can trust.

Good mortgage broker. Worked with a difficult lender (Provident Funding) which required an unusual amount of paperwork and conditions that were unreasonable. Vatche Saatdjian and his staff were professional and closed the loan on time and at the rate and costs they quoted. I would recommend them.

Valley West Mortgage, with Anthony Romero, provided outstanding service. The loan closed faster than expected, and the rates and conditions matched the original offer from them. I did react on the fact that we had to pay upfront for the appraisal ($460), so had the mortgage not closed for some reason, we would have paid $460 for nothing. But maybe that's how the industry works these days ...
