Went in as a walk in without an appointment because of a tire with low tire pressure and I needed to drive back to San Antonio so needed the tire fixed. The tire had a defective valve stem, which they replaced. The employees I had contact with were polite and courteous. Good service.

Able to get me scheduled and serviced quickly. Customer friendly service team . I did nor like being advised I needed to replace windshield wiper blades and an alignment? Wiper blades are good and did not need an alignment. Keep in mind money and budgets are strained across the country no need to add unnecessary maintenance cost.

Ryan Parker is the best advisor at Vandergriff Toyota. He's always friendly and helpful and gets my car in and out on time. The service there is quick and reliable, letting me know what needs to be taken care of. This is the place to go to. I have always brought my vehicles to Vandergriff Toyota for preventive maintenance they have the staff and equipment and parts to fix whatever problems are needed to get you vehicle out in a timely manner. Overall, the service was good and reasonable. They provided an Uber voucher for transportation while they serviced my vehicle. Total time to complete an oil change, transmission flush, breaking system flush, and coolant flush was about 3 hrs., and around $800.
