Satisfied Ryan has always been happy to serve me. Told him what I needed and noticed I needed 30,000 mike check and asked if I needed that done while I had my car in the shop. Also my battery was going dead and went ahead and replaced it because it was still under warranty. Very helpful

Best experience ever!!!! The service here was excellent from start to finish! Dung Hoang was our salesman and was so knowledgeable and helpful. We took care of all business by internet and phone and our new Camry was personally delivered to us which was approximately 140 miles away from the dealership. We have and will always purchase our vehicles from Vandergriff Toyota!
Prosper was the best! Prosper was hands down the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Vandergriff Toyota service department always comes through! Vandergriff Toyota service department, and Ryan Parker, are reliable, knowledgeable and consistent. My wife and I take both our cars to Ryan because we can trust him. He is our eyes and ears as service is being accomplished. Ryan is clear and offers helpful advice.
Recent oil change On February 16, 2018, I took my 2010 Highlander into Vandergriff Toyota for an oil change. I was assigned Service Advisor Kevin Fitzgerald. Simply stated, Kevin was wonderful. He provided the service I requested, advising me thoroughly on the cost and completion times. He included a multi-point inspection, and advised me of any deficiencies. Kevin was warm, informative, and affable, qualities I admire in a service professional. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
Ryan is very helpful and explains everything. I'll be back. Everything was well taken care of. I had the RAV in for service in late November and it was recommended that I needed the brakes worked on soon. This was the follow-up to that recommendation.
Zactec Last week I had tried several times to schedule this (zactek) appointment and had no luck. I was transferred numerous times. The person answering phone said that I had to speak with a service adviser to schedule another time they said that I needed to schedule a service for my car, that I could not just do the zactek (spelling?). I finally just drove up there on Saturday, was there by 10:30 am and Kevin Fitzgerald was excellent.
