I was surprised by all the negative feedback about Vandergriff Toyota. I guess I've been pretty lucky with my service at the dealership. I do dislike having to pay cash for any purchase to avoid the credit card fee. I haven't seen this at any other dealerships. The only other issue I've had is normal at most dealerships, are delays and long waits for service.
