Would recommend to... (Verified Renter) Would recommend to friends looking for apartments in the Beaverton area. Nice units, rate is reasonable for location and quality of amenities. Office staff is exceptional (especially Lauren!), friendly and accommodating. Drawbacks are bad neighbors (if you are unlucky), overflowing dumpster area, and closed amenities (not your fault due to covid) with no rate reduction to reflect the reduced service.

I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been a member of this apartment community since 2015, and just moved from my 2 bedroom apartment into a 1 bedroom appartment. NEVER have the windows been washed from the outside, the garbage area are always a mess. The cabinets are coated with plastic wood grain and now in 1 bedroom apartment they are peeling off. For the price being paid not so good.
