I appreciate the care received. The staff is excellent. Education was provided by both the physician and the nursing staff. Reception advised me of cost of service as the Er has yet to be a provider for Medicare. As an aging population resides in this area Medicare would help as it would provide more access to care on an emergency basis. This ER/Clinic was recommended to me be RN’s in the area. My first visit to Vik clinic-er Lakeway was very good. Dr Daniel Macalasdair was professional, patient, kind, listened to and answered my questions. I so appreciated his follow-up phone call the next morning. It was my first covid diagnosis. The staff was also professional, patient, and kind. I will not hesitate to return to Vik Lakeway for my future medical needs. Thank you all!
